Meet Genesis
When you call, Genesis Hernandez is often the warm, reassuring voice ready to help. As our Receptionist, she understands that reaching out to a family law firm can be difficult, so she approaches every interaction with kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to support clients.
Genesis believes every client deserves to feel heard and cared for. To her, it’s not just about transferring a call, it’s about helping someone take the first step toward clarity and resolution.
Originally from Tegucigalpa, Genesis is currently studying Psychology in college and is passionate about mental health awareness. Before joining the firm, she worked at Amazon as a customer service representative and has volunteered for years as an interpreter for medical brigades and her church.
Outside the office, Genesis enjoys anime, K-pop, horror movies, and playing multiple musical instruments.
