Amy is the friendly, compassionate voice guiding clients through their first steps with confidence as our Intake Coordinator. With a natural ability to listen and empathize, Amy helps families focus on solutions and move toward positive outcomes during challenging times.

For Amy, family law is a way to make a real difference in people’s lives. “My strong desire to make a positive impact on society drew me to this work,” she says. “I want to help others focus on solutions rather than their problems.” Her approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and guided toward the best possible outcome.

What she enjoys most about her work is changing the narrative to a positive, happy ending for everyone. Using her problem-solving skills, she provides peace of mind, helping families navigate what can sometimes feel like chaos. Amy sees every interaction as an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and leave clients feeling confident that they are in capable hands.

Originally from Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, Amy earned a diploma in Business Management and began her career as a receptionist, where she discovered her passion for connecting with people. Beyond the office, she is a junior content creator, capturing and curating memories with family and friends, and experimenting with video creation using CapCut. She’s also a singer, adding another creative note to her multifaceted life.

Amy’s heart for service extends into her community as a youth leader at an Outreach Centre, where she helps young people find purpose, stay off the streets, and avoid drugs and alcohol. It’s a cause close to her heart, reflecting her belief in the power of guidance, mentorship, and second chances.

When she’s not helping clients or volunteering, Amy enjoys watching the sunrise on the beach, traveling, reading, singing, cooking, journaling, exercising, and binge-watching series. Her favorite quote, “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m possible’!”, perfectly captures her positive outlook and determination to inspire those around her.
