As our Legal Receptionist and Intake Support Specialist, Lebo is often the first point of contact for families navigating emotional or challenging times, and she approaches each conversation with genuine care and calm professionalism.

For Lebo, family law is more than a career, it’s a calling. She’s always been passionate about helping people find clarity and comfort during difficult transitions. “Family law felt like the perfect fit,” she shares. “It combines legal problem-solving with empathy and communication. Being part of a process that helps families rebuild or move forward motivates me every day.”

Her approach is simple yet powerful: create a welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether she’s organizing intake details, managing communication, or simply lending a kind word, Lebo ensures every client knows they’re in capable, caring hands.

Behind the scenes, Lebo keeps our office running smoothly with her organization and attention to detail, a true superhero of efficiency (cape not included). She believes that accuracy and compassion go hand in hand, helping our team deliver the best possible experience from start to finish.

Originally from Pretoria, Lebo is currently completing her law degree part-time, blending her studies with her full-time role at the firm. She’s also earned certificates in Coding and Web Development, inspired by her love for problem-solving and creativity, because why stop at one skill when you can have a toolbox full?

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her in the garden, on a DIY mission, or exploring new sights outdoors. She’s a self-proclaimed DIY enthusiast, often building or painting something around the house, and she’s even learning to code in her free time (because “why not take on another challenge?”).

Lebo’s compassionate spirit extends beyond the office, too. One of her most meaningful experiences has been volunteering at a recovery center, supporting people working through addiction. It’s an experience that deepened her appreciation for patience, empathy, and the power of second chances — values that shine through in everything she does.
